This PR adds tagging and categorization functionality (fixes #5) as described in this blog post.
Up to now, all tags and categories are listed and the posts are displayed correctly.
However, I think we should improve the styling of the sites before merging into master branch. Moreover, we should provide information on how to use in the readme.
