The KEGGapFillers' parameter organism_id could be changed to either accept the KEGG database three letter organism id or to accept a NCBI accession id. The second option would be for the case if anyone wants to map their organism strain within the model against a strain from KEGG. Or we could offer a second parameter NCBI ID for that case.
