Rear camera activation using button

Hello,
It may be interesting to be able to activate the lowline RVC camera (Rear View Camera) using a button, or another way, without reverse gear.
I installed a switch to manually feed a +12V to the lowline RVC camera, the camera pops up but no display on the MIB.
A "Reverse gear selected" CAN message must to be sent on the bus for the MIB2STD to display rear view on the MIB.
