Disable Unused Modules?

I am setting up hyprpanel on nixos w/ home-manager on a system that does not have a battery or bluetooth. Is there a way to build or create an overlay which disables or removes modules such as Upower and Bluez?

Hyprpanel works and functions fine without Upower or Bluez; however, it does not like to shutdown gracefully and produces dbus errors while running.

Bluez Example:
