CAPTCHA is not working to use the contact form

Hi there,

as I'm not seeing myself capable of properly setting up an issue here on Github I’m reporting it here instead.

When I try to use the contact form (https://openenergyplatform.org/contact/), none of the CAPTCHAs I enter are accepted. I’m also unable to refresh the CAPTCHA image, and in some cases parts of the characters are cut off, making them unreadable.

Thank you in advance for your help. If there’s another way to reach someone on the Open Energy Platform team, I’d appreciate that information as well.
