What is the 'target' keyword in the boa build help message

I dont know how to actually call boa. When I do 'boa build --help' there's a positional argument 'target'. What is this exactly?

To run boa with a clone of this repo you need to do cargo run --release -- file.js. You can also start a new repl environment with cargo run --release.
