Is it possible to configure multiple Nextcloud Talk instances with different URLs?

I want to use Cal.com for different projects and the calls-links should reflect that. Currently I'm not able to add a second Nextcloud talk instance in the apps view, it only lets me disconnect it. Editing the existing app only allows me to edit the single URL as well.

Is there a way to have a second Nextcloud talk instance with separate host, clientid & secrets which can then be used by a different team?
