first of all thank you for this awesome tool. I yesterday just startet with fider. I am currently investigating it on my local machine. Is there an option to close or lock an topic?

No, you can delete or mark it as complete, but you can't lock a post.

I don't think we have that as a suggestion on https://feedback.fider.io, but feel free to add it if you can't find it.
