I'm not Valve. So I can't give you a real answer.

That being said, in the lifetime of this existing I've never heard of a legitimate case of someone actually receiving a ban for using it.

don't know really, but i'm sure that u can't get banned for using this app for singplayer games

It'd be very disappointed in Valve if I got banned for using this application. Because the irony is I am using it to REMOVE achievements I didn't earn on my own, like e.g. Black Ops 3 is severely modded even online, and I got almost all of the steam achievements unlocked at once. Might not be an issue for some players but I like the grind of unlocking as many achievements as possible while gaming legitimately. So props to the creator of this application <3.
