CAS Experiment: Usage guidance

Are there any docs outlining the setup needed so the CAS experiment works proper?
I have a stack of stacks setups and get this error:
CAS download failed: relative paths require a module with a pwd. Falling back to standard getter.

Any pointers that folks can give me to debug this?

The error that you're getting there is that you aren't using // in the URL, and it might be valid for what you're experiencing (it might also be a bug). I can't tel without looking at your configurations.
