Set a package as ignored manually?

Hi,

i'm using UniGetUI v.3.3.5 and i can't ignore installed packages from searching for an update in the installed packages anymore. I think it was possible before some versions of UniGetUI and visible with a pinned marker. I didn't want that UniGetUI search for updates for some installed packages! These are installed without any packager manager or something like this.
