Why was the exit button removed from controls?

HI folks, I'm a bit baffled by a recent change:

Removed the Exit button from the Controls dock [Warchamp7]

I don't really understand why this button was removed from the controls. Now there just seems to be an empty space where it was, and exiting OBS is a bit more annoying across all platforms now. Was there a substantive reason for this button removal? I don't see the benefits of doing this.
