Issue Update to 4.13.0-0.okd-2023-07-23-051208

Hi,

i have issue the update from version cluster 4.13.0-0.okd-2023-05-22-052007 to 4.13.0-0.okd-2023-07-23-051208 but just node worker still failed like this :

i tried to delete this file /etc/crio/crio.conf.d/00-default and reboot that but still show issue, kindly help this issue

You will need to follow the bottom section of this guide https://github.com/openshift/machine-config-operator/blob/main/docs/MachineConfigDaemon.md#config-drift-detection

Look through your machineconfig objects and find the expected content of the file that is missing, you can then write that content to the disk manually, machine-config-daemon will then continue the node drain and reboot if the content matches.

What errors did you receive after you manually created the file on the host with the expected content?
