IDEA can't recognize getOrCreateTagBuilder

Description

Can anyone help me?

I tried every way to troubleshoot this error but IDEA just refused to detect getOrCreateTagBuilder

I reloaded Gradle, invalidating caches, even delete the WHOLE PROJECT and rewrite from scratch but I still can't get IDEA to detect that method
