How to report malware?

It's almost impossible to report on this platform, I came across a repository that has malware in directory. The profile in question https://github.com/avingbarashka684/avingbarashka684/releases and the malware file (github.software.1.0.8.exe) is in the compressed 7z file.

On the main page of a repo, on the right side where the About section is located, click on Report repository. If malware is detected, select the Active Malware or Exploits category and write your report.
