OAuth - Accounts Tied to Legacy Compromised GitHub Account - No Support

I'm currently using a product that is integrated with GitHub and provides GitHub OAuth login. The problem is that my GitHub account was compromised. I've been able to save the front end code - thankfully - but now I've been made aware that I can't log directly into Supabase account without the compromised GitHub credentials that have been locked down. I'm unable to submit a ticket to Supabase because, again, they are requiring login to submit a support ticket and they don't appear to have phone support. The same with GitHub, I've been unable to reach anyone at GitHub directly to recover the account - only gone through countless help articles attempting to find a solution.
My first priority is to get access to my Supabase accounts directly. Any suggestions on how to do that? Does Supabase have phone support? Are they now just going to bill me hundreds of dollars a month forever with no ability to log in and manage my account?
