Run linters check

On two of my PRs (linked below) I see a message like this: CI / Run linters (pull_request) Failing after 34s
What does that mean? What should I do about it?

As a side question, rather than making another thread, are there style guides or any kind of references for expectations when adding new content for sorting/organization? Finding things is rather difficult for me, since a lot of the sorting in the codebase seems unintuitive and I have to search strings a lot. I'm guessing due to the piecemeal nature of how SS13 was developed and added to this doesn't exist, but figured I might as well ask.
