How to resume a partial played audio (network), resuming from local cache.

Steps:

1. User streams audio (network) - https://test.com/myaudio.mp3
2. X minutes in, they pause
3. Download the audio to local cache - https://thisisalovelyblob
4. Refreshes page or comes back and resumes

Vidstack now creates a new entry in localstorage for that "new" local cache URL (blob)

Please advise, how does one make it resume using one key/value so it is in sync regardless of where they user streams from?
