+ only problem: FANS is run from global scope - if pixi global fans is there, that one is run....

This is a working PR to keep track of this development.
pixi buildcan compile fans on the fly every time anpixi installorpixi runis called. The dependencies will be pulled 100% from conda-forge, which could make development a little bit easier.Checklist:
