Added a web worker that runs:
Results are stored in Vuex state.
Added a button to run action that submits sketches to backend for poppunk cluster assignment, also added actions to retrieve job status and results.
Added unit and e2e tests.
For e2e tests, the backend must be running including redis & rqworker, and must have poppunk installed from source with slight modifications, so it's not straightforward at the moment. This will get easier when the new poppunk version gets released.
