Unable to rename file when modifying in "Manage Configs"

Describe the bug
Can't sync configuration file to deployment node.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on the "Manage Configs" menu.
2. Select "Modify" on any configuration file .
3. Click the "Rename" button.
4. Change the name and click "Save" button.
5. The file fails to save and a Server Error message is displayed.

Expected behavior
Save rename success, file show with new name.

Additional context

• The "Rename" button in "Manage Configs" is working.
