Fix(3D-Portfolio): Corrected Vite config, removed webpack, and fixed CSS import

Hello!

This PR fixes several issues that prevented the 3D-Portfolio project from running correctly:

1. Corrected the Vite config by removing an invalid Webpack import.
2. Uninstalled several unused Webpack-related dependencies.
3. Fixed a runtime error by adding an empty App.css file to resolve a missing import.
