Release version 0.28.6

I'd like to release version 0.28.6 to fix some bugs. Are there any pull requests that I should wait for?

There's a few new lens/camera IDs I'd like to backport, and maybe one or two fixes as well (including this last one #3322).

Might take me some time to collect everything... Do you have a preferred ship date? (I've created a milestone now.)

Maybe I am already to late, but I would like to see #2791 in a release. The problem: Although the pull request is from October 2023, no one has approved it up to now - and there was also no feedback what prevents it to be approved.

@lbschenkel Would you mind comiting the updated translations from crowdin to the 0.28.x branch please? AFAICT only Danish had some updates since 0.28.5.

(There have been just a couple of added strings in the meantime - I'll update the .pot template later, but I don't think we'll hold the release for any new translations...)
