Description
In addition to letting people create authed accounts we should let GoonAuth handle applications.
The beginning of the flow could be the same, but instead of failing right-away after a non-OHGOD corp has been found we give the user an application form.
We may not even need an approval UI, as GoonAuth could just regularly poll for the person becoming a member of the corp. Depends on how we want it to be organised internally.
