The component had an issue where the onClick event was not working and caused an error. The root cause was that the onClick prop was mistakenly passed to the native code.
A similar issue had previously occurred with the component, and I referred to the relevant PR for guidance: #277.
I have applied the necessary fixes based on this reference.
