This makes it so you can add --silent to your shell config and it won't display the "Using Node Version..." message.

Can you use --log-level? is there value in doing --silent?

$ fnm --help
...
      --log-level <LOG_LEVEL>
          The log level of fnm commands

          [env: FNM_LOGLEVEL]
          [default: info]
          [possible values: quiet, error, info]

@Schniz what log level would I choose? I don't know what else I'd be supressing? I only want to supress the message that shows up when changing into a directory.
