Add CMake support.

• Remove old Makefile, use CMake instead.
• Remove "deps" folder, CMake can find them, also not sure about license compatibility to keep local copies.
• Works with CUDA 6.0 and 6.5rc, also works on several platforms "out-of-the" box with no hack needed.
