Problem
In the docs code, there are 2 sources of truth for the question "What components are available in Cientos?":
The 2 have accidentally diverged, with some components only listed in one list or the other.
Solution
Refactor docs/.vitepress/config.ts to pull the component list from docs/component-list/components.ts
