Make a logo and icon

What I have in mind is a 3d plant on the background with a soil profile, a leaf on the foreground (e.g. a zoom in), and boxes with arrows representing models next to the leaf.

With Julia's colours for each scale: leaf (green), plant / soil (redish) and scene (violet). We can make two kinds of logos, one with text for the front page, and one without text and simplified for elsewhere and for the icon.
