A way to create/edit hot keys to do advance or normal stuff faster

A button would say hot keys (pic of a computer key) then when you press the button a menu will show up
this menu shows every possible applet in goldleaf example (Browser tab, File browser, many a dev applet)
Benefits
Let's someone access the applets faster, and may make assessing dev mode applets if any exist easier

Additional information
I plan to help with this in my free time if you think it could work. also, it would be able to hide other applets in goldleaf
also, maybe a hot key take you to a single file on the sys or Sd card. (only Workes on the home menu of goldleaf)
