dependecy conflicts

The conflict is caused by:
The user requested huggingface_hub==0.25.0
diffusers 0.35.0.dev0 depends on huggingface-hub>=0.27.0

To fix this you could try to:

1. loosen the range of package versions you've specified
2. remove package versions to allow pip to attempt to solve the dependency conflict

Hi, to fix this edit the requirements.txt file and change:
huggingface_hub==0.25.0
to
huggingface_hub>=0.25.0
