Question : About Environment 

I want to try to use SimGNN. 
But in requirements, Python 3.5.2 and PyTorch 1.1.0 is required.
It's not easy to build such a environment for now. 
Is this library work correctly in newer Python and PyTorch version, such as Python 3.9 and  PyTorch 1.11.0 ?
