Deprecate package / Port to hardhat-gas-reporter #300
Description
Would like to move core logic over to hardhat-gas-reporter and abandon this....
The whole thing should be decoupled from mocha and just be a "smart provider" that dumps collected data into different report formats.
TO DO:
- port useful issues / feature requests to hardhat-gas-reporter
- officially deprecate (?)
