• doc: fix reference links on Hook points page
• docs: use tagged version instead of main
  Into one?

@MickaelFontes Sorry, the commit check is unhappy because the first commit now has duplicated "Signed-off-by" line and capitalized "Co-Authored-By" (should be "Co-authored-by").
