Support for aws-secretsmanager-jdbc Driver

We are using AWS Aurora RDS database. Credentials are stored in secret manager with automatic rotation. See this video for implementation details:

We request to add aws-secretsmanager-jdbc driver in dependencies of the services where datasource is used.
