[🐛esl-carousel]: stop autoplay when footnote tooltip is activated on the slide #3349
Description
User case: the slide should not be automatically changed when some of the slide content is active, even if it's formally focused indirectly.
TECH NOTE: There is no blocker to add any new restriction (static), for example: a selector for a class marker, focus chain or even focus manager access; and there is no problem to add more recalculation events if such will be required.
The difficulty we need to choose the most abstract light and convenient combination (e.g., it will not be much acceptable if we introduce an event and marker explicitly for footnotes)
