Rack Ears for GiGaPlus GP-S25-0802P

I designed some rack ears for the GiGaPlus GP-S25-0802P, also includes two brackets that mount to rear to help support weight just in case.

Its a tight fit but you should be able to get it to slide in. Variances in DeskPi rack and 3D printing may yield different results.

Oh nice! @JaredC01 would get a kick out of this, having a rear support bracket helps a lot, since I would be worried just mounting the front on printed ears.

This is a great option!

Rear support definitely helps, and was my main concern with a printed bracket and a long lever arm, so this solution looks great!

It would probably help to use a filled-filament as well (glass fiber or carbon fiber) for strength, but I would think it's likely fine without.

@monkizzle what material did you use for yours?

This is just PETG right now, I have a PETG-CF version printing as we speak but even with just PETG I feel like that its more than enough to hold up the switch, its pretty sturdy even without support, but over engineering just in case. @JaredC01

I printed a different model I found on printables in Creality Hyper PETG, and the switch feels quite rigid. I have a labstack system below it, so it's only supported by the rack ears. I might however, print the back brackets that monkizzle made for peace of mind 😌

@ghostdevv - Ah, didn't see those yet, I'll have to print off a set and see how they compare to my janky drilled-out universal metal ear option!
