Since Copilot in VSCode now supports AGENTS.md, remove the legacy .github/copilot-instructions.md output and only write to AGENTS.md. Fixes #242
Remove references to .github/copilot-instructions.md since Copilot now only outputs to AGENTS.md following VSCode's native support.
Since AGENTS.md is now the default output path for Copilot, there's no need to specify it explicitly in the example.
