FE: ACL: Idempotent_write ACL is not created

Describe the bug (actual behavior)

I was testing the Create ACL form for producers and I noticed that whenever I check the the "Idempotent" checkbox it actually does not add the idempotent_write ACL.

Expected behavior

No response

I am using the latest version of Kafbat

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to ACL for producers
2. Fill the details
3. Check the Idempotent checkbox and submit the form
