Problem with literature pages

Strain Summary table: I added PMID:13168972 to the 'Strain Reference" row.

After the row was saved to the table, there was a red link for 'PMID:13168972'. When I clicked on the red link a page named 'PMID:13168972' was created, but no information was pulled from PubMed. Also, the page was NOT added to Category:Publications.
