Big 5 Metric

As an analyst I would like to generate a BIG 5 Metric, such as IPIP-NEO-120 or IPIP-NEO-300. The mechanism of acquiring this information should be through a Survey. Either MS Forms or custom page with form on website. Survey data will be consumed and an intelligible contextually relevant response should be generated.
