Insight `Last Updated` time doesn't update on refresh

• SQL Operations Studio Version:

Steps to Reproduce:

• add an insight widget and view on the dashboard
• Wait a minute and hit refresh

expected:

• last updated time should be updated immediately
  Actual:
• Last updated time doesn't update until you close & reopen the dashboard
