[Bug]: Unable to connect to any of the datasources in Fabric using VSIX (v1.36 RC )

Description

I signed in with Entra ID first and then it showed me all the workspace and also showed me all the data sources inside the workspace.
Now when I tried to connect to the item, I am prompted to sign in again. But then this happens indefinitely, and I am not able to connect to any DataSource.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to top left connections object explorer and click on ‘+’ icon:
2. In the Connection Dialog, click on the ‘Browse Fabric’ radio button.
3. Sign in using Entra ID.
4. Test out the Browse Experience:

• Search for desired workspaces

• Click on a workspace and load in resources (db or endpoint)

• Select a resource and make a successful connection

@AV25242 and I looked into this together. There may be an issue that occurs when VS Code is slow to load signed-in accounts, and the user is quick to start clicking. Until the accounts are loaded, the "not signed in" state is displayed, but this really ought to be a "loading accounts" state.
