[Bug]: Fabric workspace broswer: Keyword Filtering text box too wide #20101

Description
When you have a resource selected in the Fabric workspace browser, the Filter by Keyword text box becomes too wide and introduces horizontal scrolling.
Steps to Reproduce
Repro steps:
- Select "Browse Fabric" radio button
- Select a workspace
- Select a resource in the list
- Filter by keyword list goes too wide (see screenshot)
