Improve Manage Trusted Extensions Settings Dialog

Current Behavior

Manage Trusted Extensions Dialog is not displaying which extension is using which account and also to change we need to do it individually for each extension.

Recommended Behavior

Manage Trusted Extensions Dialog should display current account name alongside each extension and we should be able to change account for each extension from this dialog only instead of opening new dialog for each extension.

I have signed in with two github accounts,
here is the Manage Trusted Extensions Dialog for first account

and here for second account

from these two screenshots we can't identify which account each extension is using, because both have all 4 checkmarks, and only it is showing the time which is not directly obvious. And to view or change the account associated with an extension, we need to click on individual settings gear icon for each extension.

only here I can see which account this extension is using.
