Allow setting custom timeout for stdio mcp client

Description

I am using a stdio MCP which responds and exits very slowly sometimes. Currently it is killed after not responding for a fixed time PROCESS_TERMINATION_TIMEOUT = 2.0. I hope I can manually setup time out. I suggest to config it in StdioServerParameters.
