Fix logging in GKE

Describe the bug
Both INFO and ERROR messages are recognized as errors inside Google Log Explorer. That makes it hard to filter these logs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run mondoo-operator inside GKE
2. Explore the logs
3. Note the error for INFO messages

Expected behavior
The log level should be recognized by Google Log Explorer
