persistent GraphEnhancements config

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I restart the llm_graph_builder and I have to reenter all my settings in the GraphEnhancements Menu.

Describe the solution you'd like
A caching for the last set of Settings or the ability to export and import the whole GraphEnhancements config would be nice.

The settings are currently saved in local storage in your browser, we are planning to save them in a user account in the future.
