Include in AHV provider_spec missing settings (GPU, Serial and Boot)

When using calm create provider_spec -t AHV_VM it is missing the options for GPU, Serial and Boot.

Please use AHV helper classes to define the spec. Provider spec yaml creation would be deprecated.
