Hi @aki-csp,

Thanks for writing in to the community! CSPs must submit their tickets via the Microsoft portal as normal which will give you a link to GitHub Support that you can use.

Is it correct that, in order for us (CSP partner) to contact GitHub Support on behalf of the customer, our support GitHub account must be invited as an administrator (Owner or Billing Manager) to the customer's GitHub Enterprise account?

Correct!

Is there a way to verify whether our support GitHub account has already been invited as an administrator to the customer's Enterprise account?

  • Log in to GitHub with your support account.
  • If you see the Enterprise account with admin controls, you’re invited as admin.
